covering approximately 300 square wah (approximately 1,200 square meter) for 3 years duration.

Lease criteria and conditions for the land on Sunthon Khosa Road (opposites Sacred Heart Convent School):  

1. Proposed lease rate must not be lower than 337 baht/sq. wah per month.
2. The lease term is 3 years starting from the agreement signed date.
3. Prospective lessees must submit the details of investment model and plan they intend to execute upon the leased land.
4. The lessee must pay a collateral in the amount of 6 times the monthly lease rate.
5. The lessee must comply to all the rules and regulations set by PAT.

Additionally, there is an office building (the former office of Project and Planning Department) for rent on Kasemrat Road in front of Western Gate of Bangkok Port. The office building has 5 units available for rent with 22.5 or 30 square meter per unit. The

lease term is 2 years.

Rental criteria and conditions for the office building (the former office of Project and Planning Department):  

1. The rent rate is 250 baht/square meter per month together with the common area maintenance charge of 20 baht/square meter per month.
2. The rent term is 2 years starting from the agreement signed date.
3. The renter must pay a collateral in the amount of 6 times the monthly rent rate.
4. The renter must comply to all the rules and regulations set by PAT.
