It organized a workshop seminar on “Adapting to the Modern Work Era with an Agile Mindset” for 667 employees from all departments and divisions. This initiative aims to prepare PAT’s personnel to “embrace change by fostering new innovations.”

It encourages creativity and innovation to apply new ideas in ways that add value to the organization, enhances work processes through innovation, and leverages digital technology for maximum benefit.
